The condition is often triggered by the bacteria Dermatophilus congolensis, which thrives in such environments. How to use:

Take a good ‘dollop’ and work it into the area- while you are doing so the scabs will begin to soften and come away and the active ingredients can get to work on the symptoms.
If any of the ingredients have settled or look to have split- you can vigorously mix the contents of the tub to recombine and form a cream.
If the coconut oil within the formulation has hardened due to cold weather/storage- you can still use the cream as the warmth from your hands will soften it or you can heat the tub in the microwave for a few seconds.
