REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

Standard Returns (Non-Clearance Items)

For items purchased online that are not part of a clearance or closing-down sale, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In a re saleable condition (for supplements the tub or pouch seal must not be broken or torn open otherwise we are unable to accept this as a return) 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.


Closing-Down & Clearance Sale Items

Items purchased as part of our closing-down sale or clearance events are offered at significantly reduced prices and are therefore non-returnable for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • Size or fit

  • Colour or style preference

  • No longer wanted

This policy applies to both online and in-store clearance purchases.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item is faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For online clearance purchases:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence where possible

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a refund or replacement and cover reasonable return postage costs.


In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in person as part of a clearance or closing-down sale are sold as seen and are non-returnable unless faulty.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
