Returns Policy

We are able to accept returns of supplement products within 14 days of purchase, where the container has not been opened or seal broken. If it has been opened or the seal broken then we are unable to accept a return or refund any monies, even if it is within the 14 day return period.

If you wish to return the product back to us then this will be at your own expense. Once we receive it we will issue an immediate refund to the payment method you used to purchase the item or items. Or, we can substitute the product for a different size or colour. If there is any refund due to you if the substitute product is cheaper , then we will action this. Consequently, if the product is more expensive then we would need the difference in price paying either by card over the phone or via BACS transfer. If we do have to send a substitute product out to you, the shipping cost will be at your expense also. This will be notified to you at the time.
