Delivery Information

Our shipping charges have been negotiated with courier companies to make it as cost effective for the customer as possible. Those savings are then passed on to you. We know how it feels as a consumer when a company is blatantly overcharging on postage costs and do not want to be one of those companies.

We use DHL and Royal Mail Tracked services, but depending on the weight of the parcel this may be sent by a different provider.

Shipping Times

Normally 2-3 business days although we do try to send via a 24 Hour TRACKED Service which is NOT a Guaranteed NEXT DAY Service! 

***PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON  FRIDAY AFTER 12PM, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED TILL THE MONDAY***

***ALSO, ORDERS PLACED ON A FRIDAY BEFORE 12PM FOR NEXT DAY WILL BE DISPATCHED BUT WILL NOT ARRIVE AT YOUR DESTINATION TILL THE MONDAY***

Unfortunately we are unable to offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and International destinations. These will be sent normally with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (NOT a guaranteed next day service by Royal Mail).

FREE SHIPPING

To qualify for Free Shipping your order must be over £54.95. This will be applied automatically at the CART stage and will calculate shipping charges if any apply. 

Delivery Times

Orders placed by 12 pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 12 pm may be dispatched on the following working day.

Orders sent by Courier

If you are NOT at home to sign for your delivery, goods can be left in a safe place designated by you, but at your own risk. Winston and Porter do not accept responsibility for parcels or products that go missing after they have been left in the safe place designated by you the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for knowing their country's import regulations.

If customs reject an item, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item is returned to us, we may refund the product cost (minus shipping) or re-ship the original order at additional cost.

PLEASE MAKE THIS CLEAR AT 'MY CART' STAGE UNDER THE SECTION, "Add Notes to Seller"

Eg. "With a Neighbour" or "In the shed or garage"

We will note this for the courier to leave the parcel in your designated safe place
