How to make:
Place 2 x level scoops (30g in total) into a cup or mug and add lukewarm water to the desired level. For best results froth with an automatic coffee frother.
To finish, sprinkle meaty powder on top if desired. Scoop is inside the pouch

Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 12:30pm (Monday–Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:30pm may be dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Important – Next Day Delivery & Weekends
Orders placed for next day delivery after 12:00pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders placed before 12:00pm on Friday for next day delivery will be dispatched Friday but may not arrive until Monday.

Orders over £54.95 qualify for free delivery only if the parcel weight is under 2kg.
Orders exceeding 2kg will incur a delivery charge, even if the order value exceeds £54.95.
Free UK Delivery
Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £54.95.
This is applied automatically at checkout where eligible.
Delivery Responsibility & Safe Places
If you request delivery to a safe place or neighbour, this is done entirely at your own risk.
Winston & Porter cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being left in a location specified by the customer.
Please clearly state any delivery instructions at checkout in the “Add Notes to Seller” section (e.g. “With neighbour”, “In shed”).
Delays & Courier Issues
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
While we will always assist in resolving delivery issues, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for ensuring that items ordered comply with their country’s import regulations.
🇺🇸 Shipping to the USA: we send with Royal Mail International Tracked, and your shipping cost already includes ALL customs taxes and handling fees. No surprise charges on delivery, just the price you see at checkout.
🇦🇺 Shipping to Australia: please note that import taxes, customs duties and any handling fees are not included in the shipping cost. These are charged separately on arrival and are payable by the recipient.
For all other international destinations, customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs reject or return an item, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned international orders may be refunded for the product cost only, excluding shipping, or re-shipped at additional cost.
