Winston & Porter Coronavirus Update

We are aware of increasing anxiety over the coronavirus, now called COVID-19, and we wanted to take the opportunity to reassure our customers that we are working to reduce any potential impact on our service.

We pride ourselves on producing high quality products for dogs and horses. As a nutraceutical company, we have spent a great deal of time researching the right human grade ingredients and the best suppliers to work with. All of our ingredients are sourced from UK companies who meet our high standards in terms of product quality and hygienic handling.

Current advice is for all services to remain open and, as a business with little face-to-face interaction with its customers, we don’t imagine that this will change. However, we would like to advise people that we are susceptible to the actions of our suppliers.

If their businesses are affected by the coronavirus, whether that be through illness or a change in the government recommendations, then this may impact on Winston & Porter and our ability to deliver our products to you in the expected time frame.

Sadly, we do not expect the coronavirus to go away anytime soon and would therefore like to ask our customers to order their products early and safeguard themselves, and their pets, from potential delays.
