We are able to accept returns of supplement products within 14 days of purchase, where the container has not been opened or seal broken. If it has been opened or the seal broken then we are unable to accept a return or refund any monies, even if it is within the 14 day return period.

If you wish to return the product back to us then this will be at your own expense. Once we receive it we will issue an immediate refund to the payment method you used to purchase the item or items.

We do not overcharge on shipping like some other companies to increase profits. Our shipping charges have been negotiated with courier companies and Royal Mail to make it as cost effective for the customer as possible. Those savings are then passed on to you.

We know how it feels as a consumer when a company is blatantly over charging on postage costs and do not want to be one of those companies.

We predominantly use Royal Mail  as our preferred shipping service but depending on the weight of the parcel this may be sent by courier.

"Our 14 year old lab is still with us because of Winston and Porters Max Strength Plus Canine Joint Supplement. I am totally convinced of this. You could knock her over with a feather yet she’s mobile, trots about wagging her tail and is happy.

However , the reason I’m writing this is because of the new Equine Joint Plus Rescue supplement from Winston and Porter I’ve been using on my 16 year old Irish Draft x Welsh gelding. He has string halt. Basically , he couldn’t be ridden.He’s had two weeks on Bute ( nothing new ) for the latest bout but this time I loaded him with this new supplement too. He’s only been on it a week and a half but the difference is amazing. Twice, I’ve caught him galloping across our field with his mate. That’s unheard of!
I took him in the school today, it was quite a moment!
It’s as if oil has been poured through his whole body.... he’s a different horse. I am staggered at how supple , alert, engaged and happy he is.
The string halt is still there, that’s probably from an injury before I got him. It will no longer be an uphill struggle. Thankyou for this product, it’s a life save, literally".
